I am a high school student who brings empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility to my work at Plant It Again. I play an active role in supporting inclusive programs, assisting staff, and helping create a space where people of all abilities feel respected, welcomed, and encouraged to participate. Through my involvement, I have gained meaningful experience in community support, teamwork, and the day-to-day operations that help an organization run smoothly.

My life philosophy is rooted in the belief that showing up counts- that being present, dependable, and willing to help can make a genuine difference in someone’s day. I also believe that growth takes time, and I approach people and challenges with patience, understanding, and a willingness to learn. These values guide my interactions and shape the way I contribute to the Plant It Again community.

I demonstrate strong listening skills, consistently offering patience, clarity, and understanding in my interactions with others. I take the time to fully hear people’s needs, responds thoughtfully, and maintains a calm, respectful presence.
