As Operations and Facilities Manager, I bring my ability to balance attention to detail with a holistic approach, and a strong initiative to the team. My priority is actively listening to the person I am relating with in order to meet them where they are and address their concerns with compassion, especially as it relates to how our space can be more accessible for all. I am also passionate about disability justice and queer liberation; as a Mad Trans person, I have first hand experience in uncovering my authentic self, addressing internalized shame narratives, and rebuilding an accommodative life from the ground up. My creative perspective and patience helps me guide others in this same process for themselves. It is an immense joy to cheerlead and support our clients in their own journeys of self discovery.

Some of the experience that has informed my leadership style and collaboration skills are having received the Bronze Congressional Award and The President’s Service Award in 2015 for completing 1,800 service hours through my term in AmeriCorps NCCC, earning an A.S. in University Studies: Humanities and Fine Arts from Grossmont College, and a B.A. in Theatre Arts with an Emphasis in Directing from the University of California Santa Barbara. Having a diversity of work experience from food service to the arts to education, I am multidisciplinary and see the long term vision of Plant It Again’s role in our communities throughout its transformations.
