Having spent years in traditional public agencies and large organizations, I’ve seen firsthand how high caseloads and commercial priorities erode the human element of service. When systems focus on volume or capital, counselors and educators simply logistically cannot build the rapport or quality interactions needed to make a meaningful impact.

My graduate background in educational leadership taught me how people learn, but my work at Plant It Again is grounded in how people are treated. We are privileged to have an Executive Director whose compass is set firmly on human kindness above all else. That clarity makes my job simple: every decision I make is guided purely by what will have the most lasting, positive effect on our clients and staff, knowing that human-centered care is always supported here.
